712519 at 4:27 pm received unsolicited robocall from Unknown which advertised the following: “Hi hi this is Holly Jones and I'm calling from the processing department I'm so sorry if you're busy um I'm just calling with some really great news it looks like there's been some significant c****es to your federal student loan repayment options so if you can give me a call back today that be great my direct phone number is 949-763-5396 a***n that's 949-763-5396 um if you could please have your reference number when you ________________ awesome it's 50703 thank you a***n I look forward to talking to you later…”. Definite Scam!
Called me and left the same message as previously mentioned by others in regards to the recording.
She sounds super nice, but she's not stating what company she's from. The "Hi" also cuts off and it sounds like a recording because it sounds like she is saying "I". I received two phone calls with the same recorded message. "Hi this is Holly Jones and I'm calling from the processing department I'm so sorry if you're busy um I'm just calling with some really great news..."
CALLED ABOUT A FEDERAL STUDENT LOAN LEAVES A REFERENCE NUMBER AND DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER TO CALL BACK BLOCKED THE NUMBER.
Calls everyday.
SPAM - Caller claims she is from the Federal Student Loans Processing Department and provides a direct number 949-763-5396 - this number cannot be found, just like 866-201-1282. - DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!
