vacation place that contacted my a month ago (one of those places where you come sit for their presentation and then you get a free trip to where ever) I researched them on the BBB and decided to not waste my time. Since then I have been getting calls from this 866 number. This number keeps calling all day and night about 10-15 times a day. I have called it back and it immediately goes into hold music that sounds like a 1950's ***** tease Global Escapes Midwest, Austin, TX 8911 North Capital of Texas Highway, Suite 4260 Austin, TX 78759 they apparently located in San Antonio Texas as well.

They call my mobile phone constantly, when I return the call no one answers.

When I returned home, I looked the company up online (should have done that prior) and sure enough here they are on the RIP-OFF REPORT. The salespeople are really convincing and professional. They are knowledgable, friendly, and very persuasive. I should have known better. I signed up for a software package costing $4,000.00. I'm cancelling the auto bank draft I established with Global Escapes that night. The $250 deposit check I wrote will also be cancelled. It appears that the company can not deliver based on the prior victims' testimonies. I wouldn't waste time with this company, especially if there's a pending class action lawsuit a***nst them. I just got another call and i spoke with the lady on the phone and it is a company called GLOBAL ESCAPES!!!!

I think I may have figured out who this is.  There was this vacation place that contacted my a month ago (one of those places where you come sit for their presentation and then you get a free trip to where ever) I researched them on the BBB and decided to not waste my time.  Since then I have been getting calls from this 866 number and I just received one today and there was actually a live person, asked for me by name.  I believe this might be this company.  I wish I could remember the name.  If I get another call from them, since they call daily I will try to get the company name.

This is really weird. I get numerous calls from the number, as other commenters have noted. I have even tried answering the call, but no one is on the line.

I also get numerous call from this number also.  I have not had any luck finding out where this number originates from.  It is very annoying 6-7 every **** day.

How can we get to the originator of this number?  It should be stopped or cancelled for harrassment.  I definatley consider this harrassment when they call 4-5 times a day.

How can I get this number to stop calling me? My phone won't block calls and my network doesn't have the capability to do it either... sometimes I wonder if its my phone company is doing it so I'll buy a new phone that can block number!
