Yep that is what I thought too, my water company is not in Hudson. 866-204-0720, a green card shows up in my mailbox and there is no return address. Things that make you go HMMMMMMM!!!!
I figured this was a scam...the postcard was addressed with two last names, one of which was a person I rented a room to for a while and was never on my Water bill, or anything else connected with the house.

Just got the Water Update! card, green from Hudson, FL, 34667. It's fake and I can't track down the address.
This is a fraudulent attempt to get you to buy "so****ing." When called the number and questioned them, they confirmed that they were not connected with any government or county water department, so I cut them off.

Card in mail - call within 72 hours - postmarked Feb 19, 2009 from Hudson, FL. Number is always busy and my water company isn't located in Hudson, FL. I call 'foul'! :D
Got a card from here in the mail about a "water update," mailed from Hudson, FL. Phone number is busy when I try to call back. If it is a water testing company, the county public health department offers low cost tests without trying to sell you anything.
