This is a complete scam. Ever since I closed my account, they've been calling about a final balance -they got that wrong. They seemed defensive when I questioned them. I called the real Bell and they said they've been experiencing complaints of fraud for the past few weeks but don't want to alarm customers (???). Why NOT let customers know?? The Bell rep. said they see no notes on my file since my last call (weeks ago) and advised that if they call and ask you to confirm YOUR address (??) it's not real. They're just picking for information to open up fraudulent accounts for their own use. Do NOT answer any calls from 1-866-206-8371  or 1-514-286-5109. Also, if you see 'Bell Ca***a" on caller ID, it's not them. Usually the number pulls up as 'unknown' from the real Bell. And if you get a letter in the mail, disregard it and call the real Bell to confirm.

This message is to Xam. My ***her is 73 years old and has been a customer of Bell for over 55 years and has never even been a month behind. But in the past week he has gotten a call daily and they don't leave a message. You should keep your nasty comments to yourself.

guess you are missing the point here, it has nothing to do with paying bills, these s***s are vultures trying to get you any account info they can. Wait till they s**** calling you....

I'm getting the same calls, almost daily. Sometimes it's at awkward hours when I'm in class or asleep. It's really annoying.

These people have been calling me almost daily for over a month now.  It's never an actual person - it's always a recording.  They are representing themselves as Bell Ca***a and want me to call them with my account info!  Um, if it really is Bell Ca***a then I would think they already have my account info!  The message is in French first and then repeated in English which is ridiculous as my language preference is Engli***  How do you get these idiots to leave you alone!?  It's insane; I'm afraid I'm going to have to pay to get a new unlisted number.
