Calling my cell number everyday and asking for someone I never heard of and I tell them that and told them to please stop using my mimites and they continue to call.

They are calling my parents' house asking for me - I haven't lived there in 20 years.  The harrassment needs to stop.

Call several times a day, all different times of the day and never leave a message.

Have received at least 50 calls from this number and ***ody is ever there.

This is the 9th call I have received from this company. I set up an auto payment on May 5th for this account and the girl did not tell me the full amount. So I called back each day and they told me it would take 24 hours to come out of the system. Well today I called and asked why we were still getting calls they told me they didn't give me the correct amount so I authorized another auto pmt this moring at around 10:00. They just called me a***n and asked for the same thing. This is total harrassment from Capital One. It is a wonder people don't sue them for this.

Keeps calling and no one is there. It very annoying.

Calls several times a day. No one is there when I pick up. I finally called back - answered by Capitol One agent. Asked for my Capitol One account number. I don't have a Capitol One account. Told the agent would give my number to her supervisor and it might take 72 hours for my number to be removed from their list.

Call and call and do not leave a message.

keeps calling, early in the morning before 8:15. No one is there, or there is a message that says, hold the line while we get an agent.
