They try to "negotiate" a "lower payment" and try to pressure you to pay right then. And I don't mean to be prejudiced or anything, but they are Indians with ***** sounding names which you expect a name like "Anjali" or "Ananda" or "Pradesh" as being the real name of an Indian. So, I hate to say it, but it really feels like it is a scam.
