This number has been calling and calling every day despite the fact I have tried to get put on the do not call list and it does not appear to be working.They leave no message and am tired of it.
The keep calling for Jody Starks. THey call 5 times a day and I am tired of the calls.
They call 5 times a day asking for Jodie Starks. I tell them i do not know who she is and they do not believe me. I have asked numerous times to not be called anymore, and they still continue to call.

I called them. They confirmed that they ARE NCO Financial. I'm sure they are a "collector" trying to find the previous owner of my new phone number. I told them to stop calling me. We'll see if it worked.
These jack***es call at least 4 times a day. I've never actually spoken with a person. It leaves a voicemail to call back.
