866-212-1343 is just Rhapsody.  They c****ed their name and now showing up differently on your bank account statement.  I had Rhapsody, thought it was a fraudulent charge and it was not.  I previously would pay $14.99 per month now it is pro-rated

Just found this charge on my bank account.  We called the company, they have stopped the charges but will NOT refund the amount. You have to go to your local bank.  No one speaks good english.  Total fraud.

A charge appears on my credit card bill which is a mystery.  The number 866-212-1343 goes unanswered.  This obviously a scam and judging from comment by others whoc have complained this organization is making out like a thief, whcih is pretty much what they are.  Evidence logged by Google is clearly enough to indict them and put them out of business.

same thing happen. 14.99 on cr card everymonth.  Just realize what it was.I didn't sign for month to month, did trial, and trial was free.  Just another scam.

How do I dispute my subscription to get past dues?

I just found out that my credit card was charged $14.99 for this phone number 866-212-1343 and $9.99 for 866-745-7636. This is from no where!

I found another number linked to this one. I just called and they cancelled my unauthorized subcription.  The bank/credit card co. will refund your money not this co. 1-866-585-***1 (SuperPass / RealPlayer / Rhapsody)

I just had $39.99 deducted days after an authorized Norton AntiVirus Purchase online.

We noticed a charge on our credit card of $12.99 on Aug 2, and each thought the other one had brought so****ing.... then on Oct 2, we seen it a***n and checked into it and they had drawn out also on Sept 2nd.     We did not buy anything nor give out our acct number as far as we know to anyone that would have given it to this scam.... I have tried calling numerous times now to find out how to stop it and ***ody answeers.... just put on hold.    Going to do a duspute form with credit card company to see if they can help stop this scam as well as if htey can't then we must stop the card and get new one..... Hope they get these guys and put them behind bars.   Only way we found out about this is that we typed in the phone number in goggle serch.

Same deal.  The number for cancelling your subscription is listed in the transaction details - thanks for everyone's comments.  I wouldn't have known what this Real Player SuperPass thing was.  I've been on hold for 10 minutes waiting for an available agent.  Note that you can't cancel on line - you have to call this number.

What happened to us was that we ordered a McAfee sub. for two computers. (anti-virus software) We paid the full amount up front, but in the same month we were being charged an additional $12.99 per month extra for some reason. Maybe you did the same thing?!

They are taking money from my bank account every month and I just realized!The charge is for 12.99 a months.

Super Pass, get like 10 dollar of music a month and a downloadable game, maybe other stuff, probably a deal where you signed up for a free month and gave your cc# forgot about it now getting charged

I just called and it took me less than 5 min. they looked up my account and cancel the account also they gave me 3 months refund wich i don't consider so bad, after being in the phone for more than 1 hour to talk to somebody in bank of america, co call and fix it.

This is a total scam from the makers of Realplayer.  Remove Realplayer from your computer immediately!  Also Rhapsody is a part of this company.

This number was on my credit card statement and the charges are for my use of Rhapsody internet radio.

I didnt have a call from this number but i had a charge on my bank card. when i called my bank, they gave me this number. i called it and they said it was some kind of SuperPass for Videogames and Rhapsody music. I was charged a few times. both debits were for $14.99.
