Got a call from this number, it went to voicemail. The message was only that of a phone ringing and never anyone speaking. I did not call the number back (if you don't leave me a message you must not want me to call you back, right?) but when I researched the number, it was attached to a number of agencies including a medical office collection agency. I do not have anything in collections (healthy as a horse, haven't seen a doctor or pharmacy in 4 years) and therefore deduce that this is either SPAM or wrong number dialing.

I just didn't know who called and there wasn't a voice message. I don't know about whether they are spammers or not.
Got a call from this number, was automated/ringing back when I picked up... I waited, heard someone pick up(they were laughing) then they ***g up. I called the number back and it was a call regarding a medical bill from the local hospital.
