Leave a CommentFirst off i want to make so****ing very clear... I do not work for this company nor do i know anyone that does. That being said, i want to make sure everyone knows the REAL TRUTH about the BBB and the scam they run. Please see the links below....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yo8kfV9kONw http://www.thebluesmokeband.com/bbb.phphttp://www.bbbscam.com/http://www.ericgreenspan.com/me/better-business-bureau-for-who/The first one is a 20/20 interview with the president of the BBB. Also I did some research on my own to find out University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) has an F rating with the BBB and so does Wolfgang Puck! Doesnt make any sense. Ive read all of your opinions and truth be told most of you idiots that are getting calls from Consumer Advocates Group probably put your phone number on an online website requesting information therefore you are getting calls. Im sure like most other telemarketing companies they didnt get your name and number out of a hat! So grow the f**k up and stop giving out your information over the internet. This problem can only be stopped by you! take resposibilty for your own actions and then you wont yourself into these types of problems!
who ever you are thank you very much I just received a call from them people and went on line to check them out and just as I thought I found Consumer Advocacy Group Of America they are another SCAM all I can say is thank you for sharing that information you saved me sincerely Captain Bill
Maybe you should have a look at the company's record that you are lying to protect. I guess the BBB is full of liars and disgruntled employees also. You must be the owner or someone who has no scruples and are in it for the money you **** from the less fortunate. You should be ashamed to show your face in public. I would bet you don't tell your kids what s*** you really are as you send them off to college with scam money. Maybe they will become real lawyers and put you in jail were you belong. Think about it people, do reputable companies use telemarketer's to tell you they have important legal information concerning your mortgage and to call them back right away? Sounds like scare tactics to me. What reputable company is sear****g the "Who Calls Me" website anyway? A company who is trying to keep the bad comments in check to keep the scams and money going. You would be better served to work with the BBB than this website. I would bet you can't scam them into giving you a better rating, can you? There will be a place waiting for you in the future and it is very hot there. The BBB link to the REAL TRUTH about Consumer Advocates Group:http://www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/Consumer-Advocates-Group-100099294Let us all hear your reply to this post!!
This is the Consumer Advocates Group and it sports a BBB Rating of "F" and this is not for friendly. Go to this BBB link to see the ratings for yourself. Total scam: http://www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/Consumer-Advocates-Group-100099294
siad he was a consumer advocate and it was a legal matter
This firm does incredible work. This is a message from a disgruntled employee who couldnt show to work or do their job which is quite sad. Its amazing the lengths people will go to to ruin a companies reputation online. They posted the same listing ten times. WHY..? We all know who this is and trust me this person is 100% NUTS. We have recorded phone calls and threats from this person and the building security will not even allow them in our builing let alone our office. If they just spent that energy working they wouldnt be in the position they are. We wonder why other countries are taking our jobs away from us. Laziness and misdirection is our problem, Very very SAD! It is actually funny to see what he thinks we do because what he posted here doesnt even make sense, This person has no idea what we do and states so many lies here its amazing. I hope he finds a job my guess is will see this person's resume a***n real soon.
Oh ya bigboy why dont you come over to my place and show you how to handle the telephone
Steve from Ohio love man juice on his ****
I was ***** and liked having my a**hole ****d
No you haven't had success with this firm because they are a SCAM!!!! They are a known scam company by my mortgage company and my mortgage company strongly recommends to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
This is a scam people. I talked to my mortgage company. They told me to stay away from these companies that state they can get you a modification. My mortgage company said that they will tell you they have connections with your mortgage companies legal department and other people and can file your paperwork for you. This is a lie to get your money. DON'T FALL FOR IT. Work the modification out with your mortgage company by yourself.
Just got a call from Consumer Advocates Group offering a forensic audit on my mortgage to get me a home modification. There is a retainer fee, from what I have read in other online forums, once they get their money, they are very difficult to get a hold of and often do not follow through on their commitments.
Ive had a lot of success with this firm and very happy I worked with them.
As a prior employee of Consumer Advocates Group, I can tell you, first hand, that this company is in fact a scam. They manipulate you emotionally by offering empathy and false hope toward your problematic situation with your mortgage and the difficulty you may have with your lenders. They will tell you that they can stop your foreclosure by offering a loan modification. Their pitch is that with a loan modification, you are en***led to a decrease in percentage, monthly, and principle balances owed to your lender. They will then have someone call you, after your intake/ approval process with a "Congratulations! You have been approved! We Got Your Interest Rate, Percentage, and Monthly Payments Down to So And So! Are You Excited? I Now Have TO Confirm That You Want Us To Move Forward With Us, But We Need Your One Time Payment Of Say And So, However, If You Can't Come Up With That Amount, You Can Split It Up Between TWO Payments" and then they will try to charge you anywhere from 2 to 7 thousand dollars for their services. You will retain FALSE HOPE( DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DECEIVE AND STEAL FROM YOU). They will drag your file out for a year or two with no success. You will end up owing more to your lender and you will end up worse then you were before you invested your last bit of hope into the company. If you complain and demand for your money back they will tell you that you signed all the do***ents stating that you are only en***led to a forensic loan audit, but not a loan modification, as they are not allowed to charge for loan modifications in California. They also have you sign a "Satisfaction 100 Percent Money Back Guarantee Policy" that they have their way around too- so****ing about underwriting fees and the forensic loan audit allows them to keep if not all of your money, but definitely a certain amount- I know this to be fact!! They will tell you that they have a 96 percent rate of success and ties with major banks to help you with your loan modification- This is a lie as well. Please do yourself a favor and google real estate board of california- www.dre.ca.gov . Once you are on the website you will see a search option, then type in Forensic Loan Audits. You will then see a list of all the forensic audit scam types that are out there. You can also type in Loan Modification Company's and you will see the same thing. A***n, this company, and many others, are out there promising that they can help you with your mortgage, however, they can't actually, nor do they plan to help you(they plan to steal from you), and when you later find out that you have payed all this money for what you think your getting, a loan modification, and nothing is done, and then you mention your discomfort to the company, you will then here that they will tell you that you did not pay for a loan modification, but instead, a forensic loan audit. Do not let these people fool you. They are the worst type of salesmen out there. They will tell you everything that you want to hear. Watch out for Todd Goodman, Ryan Harris, and Ryan ZImmerman( A.K.A. Brian) , as they are all in this together. They bind you with the hope of a Loan Modification, but only promising you a Forensic Loan Audit in signed do***entation. Read your do***ents carefully with a lawyer............Do not let them fool you! I found out that they were scamming people out of thousands and I left the company. I am glad I could save all of you though!!!!!!
Yes, this is a telamarketing firm based out of California. It is a call center looking up anyone who wants or is intrested in a loan modification. They will take all of your information then give you a price for services. The information is not really secured after that point as it is shared with other firm who may or may not help you. Your information is then posted sort of in a public pool for additional business to pick up and then contact you regarding a loan modification. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS BUSSINESS AS A REPUTABLE OR LEGITIMATE SERVICE!!! BIG SCAM!!!
