Leave a CommentLeft a voice mail message. Stated they are calling from American Express That the call is of a important matter. Noted my name to call back and sited a file number. I did not call back. As I do not have an American Express credit card.
Doubt it's legit. Got a message today told me it's AMEX Fraud dept and ask me to call back. When calling back, I was asked to provide credit card number. Sounds fishy. Called AMEX General number and asked CSR to look up this 866 number and he couldn't find it. And found no note on my account regarding any contact.
