could barely underst*** the msg and it was a really bad connection. Gave a ref number. Called back 2x, but they can't transfer me to an operator. Call back another time, sorry for the inconvience. I'm going to contact the BBB or attorney general.

This message is left on my answering ma****e everyday. There is no identifying information given, only the phone number and a reference number to use when returning the call. I tried to call back to tell them to stop calling, since they want someone else. When I did so, the call kept getting disconnected before I even talked with anyone.
