This is a collection agency. One of its clients is Sallie Mae. They called me regarding a student loan. I do not know the student. They have promised to delete my phone number. Give them a call and ask to speak to the manager. Good luck.
I just got 3 calls from this number within a 10 minute period. I don't answer any of these type of calls. So what if I owe money to someone. I am still getting statements and mail off my payment that way. They want me to pay over the phone.
