I receive calls several times a week from 1-866-220-8424 { OMIT PREVIOUS NUMBER 1-866-220-6424 CORRECTION TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR AND INSERT 1-866-220-8424} "The Royal Pain In My Sitting Devise"  Caller I.D. Says Toll Free.  No one ever answers.  I can say*****o,*****o,*****o*****o, still silence in phone “Then Click”.  What the _ _ _ _ is the purpose of this type of harassing phone calls at all times of day and sometimes night.Why can’t with all the electronic and technical equipment that the government and phone companies have can they not locate these _ _ _   _ _ _ _ _, Fine Them Big Time And Shut Them Down?  This is not an AKA Glitch in any carriers system.  ***LE 47 > CHAPTER 5 > SUBCHAPTER II > Part I > § 223§ 223.
