I received a fraudulant charge from CTIPAY a***nst my debit card for $129.99. The number on the charge was 1-866-220-9921. My credit union called me and asked me if the charge was valid. Somehow the credit union was alerted by the charge. I told them it was not a valid charge. They said the best course of action was to cancel the card and get a new one and come into the credit union and fill out a disputed charge form. They would contact the "company" and get the money back. They are the proffessionals. I recommend everyone do this, rather than take on scammers yourself
