I called Direct TV's Legal Deptment and asked for a fax number so I can send a Cease letter and Told them that theres a bunch of people upset about getting calls from Collect Tech Services. They were able to remove my cell # from the database. For those of you who would like to try this, here is the information. First this number calls my fax, then it calls my cell, plays classical music until i **** up.weird
They call my phone every day and then **** up, after playing classical music. I do not want them calling anymore!
Calls my daughter's cell phone all day while she is in school and she is a minor.
These people are driving me crazy! They call every day! I have added my number to the do not call list and I am hoping this will help. I have to wait 31 days to make a complaint. I am just counting down the days!! I don't have direct tv!
