Calls and ****s up.
These people call at all hours in reference to my ex-wife's debts. What do I have to do with her debts.
It is illegal for a debt collector to call after 9PM. Report them.
This company is bothering an elderly disable woman for debts that are not hers. They are her daughter's hubbie. They s**** calling at 8 am and dont stop until 9:30
They call at weird hours.
so... these guys keep calling em demanding payment on a debt from 9 years ago (statute of limitations only allows 6 years) ... AND i paid that debt 7 years ago, it was a cleaning fee for an old apartment...VERY VERY shady, trying to collect a debt that's already been paid AND doing it well out of the legally allowed time frame
its a debt collector for a different company if you get somone else to call that number back and give their name and your number they shouldnt call u a***n
