They call my cell phone almost every day but I always seem to miss the call. They never leave a voicemail. I once called the number back and told them to take me off their list but they guy acted like my name and number weren't even on their list to begin with. Please stop these calls!!! They have been as early as 8am to as late as 9pm.

States: Please hold for a very important message. All our operators are currently busy. Repeat 2X

I resent these calls as I do not owe capitol one and no one in my home owes them. These call s**** as early as 8AM and are made several times a day. I would like for them to stop or better still fined.

Receive call from this number many times per day for 2 weeks. If I answer, automated voice tells me to please hold. I then **** up.

Caller(s) never leaves a message but calls 800 times a day, often while I'm at work. It's annoying. I don't answer unknown calls or 800 numbers so they'll get fed up with me long before I tire of it. :)

This en***iy calls me many times a day and I have no idea who it is!

so i eventually get fed up with the call and call back. get put on hold but wait to speak to a rep. get in touch w/ one in >2min. she asks for my capitol one cc# but i dont have one. so she checks my phone number and it's not tied to an acct and she apologizes and says she'll tke me off the calling list. she was nice but this is ridiculous.

Dont know who these people are but they continually dial my number and never leave a message.

I have gotten calls from this number (1-866-249-3823) numerous times over the last few months. I am not sure who it is and they do not leave messages. The problem I have is that they are calling my cell phone and I thouht that was illegal for them to do. Anyway, I do not have any late debts, I only have two accounts I still owe money on so either this is a mistake or they are trying to pull so****ing. Maybe this will help someone else. Good Luck! Numerous calls for someone who is not owner of this cell phone.

Have been called by this number repeatedly, usually don't answer, let the ma****e pick up and they do not leave a message. Got upset that they called before 8:30am on a Sa****ay, so picked up. Was told by a recording to hold the line for a representative. Did so, and told the rep to take me off their list. They said they were trying to locate someone, but I didn't recognize the name. Asked to speak to their supervisor, and told the supervisor that I wanted them to stop calling me. Was pressed on this name they were looking for, told them I didn't know that person. They asked me how long I've had my phone number, and I said that was none of their business, but "a very long time" and a***n asked to be removed from their call list. She agreed. Will hope the calls stop now.

They have called me repeatedly (up to 3 times a day) ****ing up or leaving silence on voicemail for the past 2 months. If this was a valid call, they would at least leave a message!

They called me 5/08/08 and when I answered it said to please hold for an operator. I dont know who this and why should I hold for an operator when they call me

I've been called 3 times now. Usually during class. this needs to stop!

when i answered a recording picked up and said so****ing about waiting for a representative. then another one came on that said all representatives were busy and to please hold. got bored with that so i called back and elevator music answered. will i ever get through to find who these people are to keep them from calling me a***n???!!!!

No name shows up, so I let the answering ma****e pick up, who ever it is never leaves a message. Calls several times a week at all different hours.

I don't know how they got my phone number. I do NOT own a Capitol One credit card, and AM NOT interested in talking with them.
