CROOK!!
I pay enough to VERIZON and should not be bothered by these LOWLIFES!!!
NOMOROBO blocked this CROO****!
Constantly calls, sometimes several times per day. Claim to be be an outside sales company for Verizon, but they seem shady to me. They don't honor requests to take me off their list.
Annoying, they call all the time. It's a Verizon outside company. Beware!
They never leave a message but call atleast once a day-it is very bothersome
As previously reported by others, the calls are from a third party agent for Verizon Wireless. In my case they have been calling 3 times a week since I s****ed keeping track on Feb. 20, 2009.I contacted Verizon Wireless (who I do have an account with) at 800-922-0204 and told them the issue. They placed me on there do not call list and said it would take 10 min. to be active.since that call I received two more calls from their agent (the ones who keep calling from the 866 number) and I called them back.Them: May I have your phone numberMe: Why do you keep calling me three times a week.Them: Is this Mr. ****xMe: See, you didn't need my phone numberWell it went down from there. I told them I had already contacted Verizon Wireless to complain and be placed on the companies do not call list. The 866 person claimed it would take 30 days I said Bull I was told it would take 10 min.I told them to google their own number to see the number of complaints they are generating.I then informed them that if I am contacted a***n, I would file complaints with the FTC, BBB, State Attorney General, and contact Verizon Wireless saying that they will be losing a customer at the end of my contract specifically because of this agent. We will see what happens.
called it back, lady said she was with verizon wireless and was calling about some James Jenkins. had him listed with my home phone number. told her i don't know him and i had my phone number for years and am not a verizon wireless customer. she sad she would try to delete my number or put a do not call note on it. also she suggested i afterwards call verizon wireless and gave me a number. well i thought i WAS talking to them. i guess not. so i called verizon wireless and the man said they have no record of any customer james jenkins being****ociated with my home telephone number, and my number isn't in their system at all. so the woman was lying no doubt.
repeated calls from unknown number.1-866-259-3883
Same thing here. Numerous calls from this munber over Christams. I called them back and told them not to call a***n or I will definitelly use another cell phone company when my remewal comes up FIVE months from now. The woman was very pushy. I advised her that if Verizon telephones me a***n, they are history. I am going to shop around. I pay about $90 per month for two phones we don't even come close to using up our minutes.Merry Christmas everyone!
This number was on my caller ID. I called the number back. A woman said it was Verizon Wireless and she wanted me to upgrade my account. Very insistant. Told her did not want to do anyth
Calling my home number daily this past week, but they DO leave a message. I can do custom call routing with my VoIP service, so I now route their call to the Verizon Wireless Sales 800 number.Snicker, snicker. When they figure that out and s**** calling my cell phone, I will be ready with the threat "The next time you call me, I will cancel and sign up for an I-phone!".
They call but never leave amsg it is so annoying!
Received call from this number claiming to represent Verizon Wireless. I contacted the local store, they knew nothing about the offer being made. I'm glad I did not give out any information but I wonder how they got my number.
This number calls at least 5 times a week. I answered once and they said I was going over my text message usage and should upgrade my account. I have had the same plan for 4 years and never gone over my allowed texts. I keep telling myself I am going to report the number because it must be a scam, but I never do.
This number called my phone this morning. I didn't answer. I called back after looking up the number and finding info on 800notes.com. They are calling on behalf of Verizon. We do have a Verizon account however the account is in my Husband's name with me as an authorized user. They called MY phone even though he's had this account for 6+ years and except for today his is the only number Verizon has ever contacted about any "Verizon" issue, not me. Lady got ****py saying I wasn't on the account and that she needed to speak with him not me. Had all of his billing info to boot which concerned me greatly. Handed the phone to him, and told him not to agree to anything until I called Verizon. It turns out they are affiliated with Verizon and that they are calling to upgrade or renew your contract. From what Verizon told me the calls are made by "auto dial" and for some reason they called my phone instead of his. The young lady I spoke with at Verizon went ahead and put both of our numbers on the DNC list on their end for soliciting phone calls so that takes care of that. The DNC list from my understanding won't work if you actually have a Verizon account. If you do and they keep calling you, just call Verizon's Customer Service and tell them to put you on their DNC list for soliciting. Hope that helps.
Add your cell phone number to the national do not call list: https://www.donotcall.gov/You can file a complaint at this site after your phone number has been on the registry for 31 days.
If you receive a pre-recorded message from this number, hit (3) on your phone number pad - this will delete your number from their records, or so that is the response indication I received. Good Luck!
GET AT LEAST THREE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER PER DAY...THEY DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE.
I believe these junk calls are from Factory Warranty Center, P.O. 201 Coceysville, MD 21030-9988. They also send junk mail, saying your car warrnaty has run out (easy guess, because most have).
hells angels scam artist
This number comes up on my caller ID at least 3 times a day. It is virtual harrassment. I resent this. They never leave a message. Who in the heck are they and why are they making my life*****?
Just program the number into your cell phone with the name"Do Not Answer". 1-866-259-3883Then save it to your cell phone book. The next time they call, you cell will display the name"Do Not Answser"Now you have a reminder NOT to touch the phone.
I called the number back three times and got the same guy ...Jerome Morelle from Verizon Wireless. There is no way you get the same guy three times in a call center. This is a scam.
i spoke to them once and they told me i should upgrade my service. i had just done it a week earlier and told them no. they were really pushy o i ***g up. now they keep calling and i don't answer. they now call once or twice a day. this is really annoying and should be illegal.
