I am registered with the Do Not Call Registry, yet this does not seem to have made a difference. They call all hours of the day, and never leave a message. I do not answer or respond to telemarketing in any way shape or form and do not wish to receive these types of calls.

Said they were from well Fargo and answered a yes or no survey on customer service. Next thing I know I get a real call saying their was su****ious activity on my account and they cleared me out.

Called and asked for my mother who is 95 & hard of hearing. She just recently moved in with us. I don't know where they got this number as it is on the no call registry.

I don't pick up and there is no message left on my recorder. I'm sure this is telemarketing and is a nuisance. I am on National Do Not Call Registry. This is a violation of the tenets of the Registry. How can I puni$h this telemarketer or at least exterminate the nuisance?

I get a few calls a day. sounds like same person every time. His voice sounds recorded. Said he was with Wells Fargo and was wanted to talk to my wife. Yelled at them to stop. Bloked the number with my phone co. we'll see.

They ask to speak to someone at my residence and when I ask who they are, they say for "legal reasons" they are unable to tell me. What about my "legal reasons" for wanting to know who is calling me, and my legal right for disclosure on the nature of the call/caller? what are they hiding that they cannot be transparent about..."legally speaking". This number calls my house at least 3 times a day at all hours! I am on the do not call list and somehow they keep calling.

get the same calls from "Wells Fargo", up to 6x per day. I bank with Wells Fargo and asked the bank manager about this. It is not a program they are aware of. Think it is tele-phishing for credit card or bank routing numbers. File your complaint with FCC at: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm takes about 5 minutes to complete.

CTP North America is a "leading director or marketer of consumer market programs" calls our home daily on my caller ID. I asked daily for them to stop calling me, that I am NOT interested and that I'm registered on NC Do Not Call list. This does not stop the calls. Please investigate and stop and make them stop.

This company CTP N. America calls our house numberous times a day. They never leave a message and the few times we have answered it is dead air. I mean really get the point and stop calling.

Call them back and press #1. It will let you leave a message. I don't! I just hold on till I hear it **** up. They get some of their own medicine. If they get enough of these calls they will stop calling. You don't have to give any info because their system can read who is calling. Fight back friends!!!

ctp n. america was calling house numerous times with no message. finally answered and got a real pushy guy giving info about purchase protection plan through wachovia bank...just a dollar for 30 day trial then 14.99 a month after that. had to say no numerous times and then **** up cause he kept goin like the energizer bunny

This is the second time this business has called, I finally know now what the call entails, I'm not happy that you can't call back and deny what it is they are trying to sell the public. I would request not answering the phone unless the caller identifies themselves, rather than a toll free number that is unidentified.

They are telling me that there is a warrant for my arrest, I will be picked up at work on Monday, they have all my personal info including SSN, place of work, etc...bottom line, they want $500 dollars! I get calls from this number at least once a week. I have been foolish enough to answer in order to find out the iden***y of who was calling and what their purpose was. The caller had an accent that made it difficult to understand what he was saying. After having him repeat himself several times I gathered that he had my name and (of course) claimed I was eligible for so-and-so deal. When I declined the offer I also asked him if he could take me off whatever sort of calling list he had. It may have been my imagination, or just my misinterpretation of his accent, but I believe he told me to go "f***" myself. Awesome business tactics. The number is still calling.
