Picked up after three rings an got what sounded like someone calling a fac number/ I put the phone down without ****ing up and let it go for awhile then finally ***g up and got online to check it out. Then reigstered a complaint (see above).
I called this number back and it was AT&T offering me a better plan than I have. I am on the Do Not Call Registry. I made a complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx.
