Wanted to verify application details. Never put in an application with BMW.
Caller left voice mail message stating she (Nash) was with Home Street Bank Customer Identification Services to discuss a recent CC application. Wanted me to call back for further verification and reference a very long application ID number. Called the number, the automated system sounded professional, waited for 17 minutes before a representative answered. Spoke to a representative, gave the reference number and my first name only. She asked if I had applied for the CC and I stated no. She said she would cancel and report the application as fraudulent.
contacted me about bank account that did not exist in my name. scam artist!!
Sent me an email with this number claiming I had applied for a CC. I Didn’t and check with the actual US bank who told me it was fraudulent.
Called said they were from Madison Bank in Maryland
