According to this link http://www.debtcollectorreview.com/866-275-3315.htm they are NRA Group LLC Harrisburg, PA, a collection agency. The nuissance phone number in question is to be found in the third row, third from left, out of many numbers these folks use.
NRA in this case is National Recovery Agency, in other words a bill collector! They have the wrong number.
I wasn't here when the call came in but if is is the NRA it is not spam

This number keeps calling. Never leaves a message. Today I answered. Heard a few seconds of silence, some beeps, and then the sound of my phone's camera. I ***g up. Didn't see any new pictures in my photos. Don't answer.
Keep calling no one there when I answer
Have called at different times asking for different people, none of which live here. Seems like a scam; they won't answer any questions about who they are.

They keep calling - my caller id is of no help.I am getting really sick and tired of this, because I have been on the Do-Not-Call Registry for years!!!
These idiots have been calling for years now. They don't believe me when I tell them that the person they ask for is not at this number because he has the same first name as mine. At first, they tried to tell me they were the National Rifle****ociation and wanted me to join! They tried to get me to give them my credit card number to put the fee on it! I told them I didn't have one so they asked for a check...and so on. I asked them if they would please snail mail me the information with an application. They said they would at least 3 times, but never do because they are the NATIONAL RECOVERY****OCIATES...not the NATIONAL RIFLE****OCIATION. DON'T BE FOOLED.
Several "800 service" calls in the last month. Never from the same number. No-one is ever there when I answer and if I don't answer the rings stop within two or three rings. What's the point of any of this???
