I hope NCO reads these comments because they should know how upset****ential customers are with their incessant calling. I never say*****o twice because I know the fisrt*****o is for the ma****e and the second*****o is for the person. If you can't even have the decency and customer service standards to have a PERSON call me, than you need to re-evaluate your standards! As is I have the time in my busy life to waste answering calls from a *****in computer! I will definetly not use any service if it comes from NCO. They truly harrass the people they want to use their services.

This number also has called me approx 5-6 a dayIts driving me nuts! ive answered it maybe 1 time each and ***ody ever answers.. they called not too long ago and i got so fed up i said f*** off already.. hopefully they got the hint.. i called back too and put my # in on the do not call list..

Thanks for all the advice! these people have been calling several times a day and at all hours. I just called them and am on the do not call list now - however it will take 30 days. I should keep track of how many calls I will receive within the next 30 days just for fun :)

I've been getting calls from this number and ID for the past two days, 5 in total. I didn't answer but figured I would search online to see the source. I found this company, www.ncogroup.com, who seem to be a collections agency. I don't owe any money, I don't have a credit card or mortgage. So I dug further with the number and found this. I will just ignore them from now on.

They have been calling for weeks, a couple times a day.  No one answers on the other end, so we **** up.  But the call continue everyday,  Does calling back and pressing 1 really get they to stop calling???

This # calls constantly!!! I finally called it back and got a recording stating to be removed from the call list to press 1; follow the promts and you can remove your #. This is from Capital One, I do not have credit with them nor have ever dealt with them. They also call from 866-341-7492.

This number has been showing up for the past week on my phone.Of course I have not answered it.They phoned me 5 times yes****ay at two times today and it is only 1:00pm MT.I should answer it just once and ask them how much they get paid to **** people off.

This number is so annoying. They even call evenings. I've answered a couple of them but they just keep calling back. These people need to get a real job and leave us alone and if its not this number is someone else.

Same thing here guys, they're hitting residential numbers as well as business numbers claiming that you have bee approved for an x amount and want you to put a deposit down.  the worst call whas when they told me that our business had already signed up for a card and had not received our deposit of $500 yet.These scammers just don't have anything better to do with their lives.  What a waste of ***in matter.......

This is one of the most persistent numbers, they s**** calling at 8am EST all throughout the day and they never leave a message.. I got so sick of it I c****ed my answering ma****e to my phone service has been disconnected.

They've constantly called me for the past week. Today they called me six times. I've not answered, and they won't leave a voice mail message.

This number calls me all the time, and they either ask for a J. Connor, (which I dont know who this person is at all), and they tell me they will take my number off their records or when I answer, they dont say anything. I have a capital one card but its in excellent standing so I dont undertsand why they keep calling.

I haven't answered any of these calls but the name that appears with it on my phone (Ontario, Ca***a) is 'NCO Customer Ma...'

yeah, I figured it would be Capitol One a***n............Funny thing is that they will harass me with numerous calls and letters "pre approving" me for a credit card, so one day I actually applied for one. After 3 months of waiting they sent me a letter stating my credit wasn't "good enough" for the card they offered!I also added my number to their do not call list, well, it stopped ONE of their numbers from calling anyway.

The best way to deal with people like this is to tell them you are an employee of a local Capital one ***nch and you deal with your ***nch office for your financial needs.Funny story, After a relationship that went sour I am slowly but successfully rebuilding my credit. I am not quite ready for a credit card yet so I don't even bother applying. And if I did it would be through my bank I deal with. Once a week I get these flashy letters in the mail that say "MR.........YOU HAVE BEEN PRE-APROVED A $6000 CREDIT LIMIT THROUGH CAPITAL ONE"...Then of course at the bottom of the page in fine print it says "security deposit may be required. So I for the heck of it I filled out an online application.About a week later I got a call from a C-one sales rep saying I hade been approved for a credit card with a credit limit of $300, they just needed a $300 deposit from me first. Trying very hard to contain my laughter and sound professional I ask the person on the phone why would I want to give them $300 of my money just to give them another 18.5% interest on anything I purchased when I could just keep my $300 in my pocket, use sensible budgeting and pay 0% interest on whatever I purchase? Well I stumped him and he did not have an answer. The conversation ended very quickly.

I got a call from this number 1-866-309-7623 and the person said they were from Capital One and wanted MONEY! I want so****ing done about this scam where it is possibly ripping peoples money off. They are very Harrassing.
