Leave a CommentSaid they were a bonded rep that needed to get a hold of me and that they would be by my place of employment and home to serve papers today. Never encountered anyone, went from work to home with no contact made. Really don't need this scam BS right now.
said they have legal doc, they will sent someone to work or home in not called back the same day. LIE
They have called family member all day long to get in touch with me . I have no judgements , collections a***nst me and have paid ALL bills on time for over 20years
They said they had summon papers to deliver to the address on file unless I call them. Call showed up as Restricted by the bonded dispatcher left this number to call.
They said they have a hearing case for me to call this number.
Requesting I contact them to have paperwork delivered
They said their office has been retained to deliver a legal summons
this looks like a bill collector.
