Leave a CommentThe number calls all the time, when I answered they were looking for someone else. I asked them not to call any more, the person they were looking for is not the one they called, and they dais well this is the number we have for that person. I told them I have had this number for over 5 years and no one by that name has ever lived in my home.
called multiple times and did not identify who they were. Finally got to answer a call and then found they wanted someone else. told them not to call a***n. I will caomplain to higher ups if it does not stop today. at the least they identify who they are and provide a way to say you are not who thry are calling.
Calls multiple times a day. They want last 4 numbers of SSN. They want birthday and then ask for an individual a name (any name).
