Not the same number but the same deal 118.00 a month plus a 98.00 sign up fee to a****ociation. The phone number is 877-209-0065 they don`t answer the phone and they have a recording to leave a message. If I leave one they don`t call back. The caller ID is from Florida they call the company American Health.com A part of United Health Care . They do not exist..I called them and they are not affiliated with these people. This is a scam . I gave them my information to take from my checking account. I will stop payment.

we looked online for a health coverage. this 954 # calleddc us. her name was Donielle. said that it would cost 234 to s**** and 159 a month. a***n saying that it was a limited time only. i had called and c****ed the date to have money withdrawn. no problem. 2 weeks later i called to stop completely. the phnoe # worked on Friday but not monday.

IN THE SAME BOAT, WIFE APPLIED THEN CANCELED, THEY WITHDREW MONEY AND WONT ANSWER OR RETURN OUR CALL. SICK WHO STEALS FROM A PREGNANT WOMAN LOOKING FOR HEALTH INSURANCE.

tried to cancel insurance told me i wasn't in system, but took money out of account and now can't get hold of anyone and this guy gary won't return my calls. stay away from congressional health care.

I just went on a search website for Health Insurance....put my information in and within seconds received a phone call from a 954 number.  Claiming to be Congretional Insurance.  Offering me a Special Enrollment of only 118.00 insurance plan for people with pre existing conditions.  But there is only a limited time to apply....I told him I would have to think about it and couldn't answer right now.  Unlimted doctors visits etc. for only 118.00 a month.....NO DEDUCTIBLE.......go figure....lol

I got a call from this company and am doing my research. I called the Florida Department of financial services and they have known of this company for months. They ARE  compliant with the State. The plans they sell do NOT require a license and are an alternative to exorbitant monthly payments the insurance companies want. I am 42 with High Blood Pressure and no body will take me while this plan says they will. FYI****urant Heath (AKA "Assurant) is an insurance company and a license is required to sell this.

My husband and I signed up for this insurance 2 months ago through an insurance agent. We still have not recieved any cards or policy number . Apparently they c****e the name of the company and scam people. We just read about them on ripoffreport.com. They are also known as****uarant health, formally Insurance Usa.Do not give them any personal imformation.
