(866) 339-1367 is a TOTAL SCAM! Said they are going to sue me/take me to court for a supposed credit card debt that is well past the statute of limitations. It is ILLEGAL to threaten to sue someone for credit card debt that is past the statue of limitations!

Claim to be serving me for an unpaid bill from 25 years ago. Mind you even if it’s not spam the statue of limitations in Texas for a company to sue you in TX is 4 years. I even called and checked with all of the courts and they have no record of my name or any case so I can only****ume this is some sort of spammer using information to hopefully get someone to handover their banking information
VM: attempted to serve me papers for my property....which I do not own. Call back to set up a time to be served or they will proceed. With out me. Gave me a case #.
Not sure if scam or not. Unknown caller. Got a voicemail from Alexis about a summons for debt collection. Called number left on voicemail 866-339-1367 and spoke with Christopher Hernandez at a law firm in Los Angeles, CA. Sounded convincing, knew of an account I had more than 13 years ago. Knew my address, last 4 SS. Don’t recall having debt certainly not $19k they claim. Wanted payment today.
I received a message stating they tried multiple times to serve me with papers and my Husband works from home. He stated ***ody has been by our home. Called them and said they were going garnish my wages for Bank of America for loan that my ex-husband took out 20years ago. Called the my employer and they haven't received anything for garnishment. Scam,Scam.

Talked about pending court action to be served at the property on file the message leaver stammered and stuttered several times to get the phone number right that I should call was ***g up on three times each time I called when I asked him to identify their company

They are claiming to be a legal server, but they act totally unprofessionally. I only asked what I was being served about and I was ***g up on. When I called back the man was a***n very unprofessional and ***g up on me a***n. The 3rd time I called I can only****ume, I've been blocked.
