Leave a CommentThey say they are from Sprint-nextel...from the Lost & Stolen Dept. When I call it back, they ask me for my pin number or secret answer to question and then transfer me to "INS Dept." Then I get disconnected or told that they are only open between 8 and 5. I called Sprint from my cell phone and they had not heard of this number and were surprised that the "Lost & Stolen Dept." would be calling me! Sprint's representative went back a whole year on my account to see what could be causing this call. There is nothing on my phone record to suggest a problem. He then reset my secret question (I did not give them my pin number) just in case someone was trying to access my account. He had not heard of this happening but made note of it in my account record just in case so****ing later occured. The only thing I can think of is that I bought a used phone and added it to my Sprint Account. The phone I bought was ok and works fine.
Yep, its from Sprint/nextel. they left a message for so****ing about my account, yet i switched over a month ago.
