Claimed that they are Microsoft technical team that's moving out of US, and I paid them for 3 years' of service which they cannot fulfill. So they gonna return the money for me. I asked "do you know my name". The guy said yes let me check. And then he ****ed up

Received partial message. The basic message was that they were going to charge me - “Ignoring this call is accepting the charge”. Tried calling back and no answer. There is a generic voicemail, but I did not leave a message. I traced this number to a fragrance company based in Miami. Hmmm?
