I got the call 12/04/07 at 11:00pm.

Just got ANOTHER call from this number.. I muted my TV and hit speaker phone.. I waited and listened.. What did I hear, A RECORDING with instructions to press 1 to put the call on hold or press 2 for another reason or 3 if the person was not there.. WHAT PERSON? they never said who they were trying to reach! After the recording a person came on saying "Hello,*****o?" I waited, they sat there for 4 minutes! IF they had been on the phone in the 1st place they'd have heard the answering ma****e pick up before I hit speaker phone. These people can dig a hole, crawl in and pull the dirt in after them (and I'm being nice)

I received a voice mail from Eric Cabardo.  I called them back and the person who answered the phone did not know who Eric Cabardo is.  I provided them with the case number they left on the voicemail for someone named Hiasselen (Not Me).  I asked them to take me out of their call list.

I keep getting calls from this number and I cannot figure out whom they are calling for and the nature of their call. I would like for them to stop calling me with a voice recording. I never call them back and I wish for them to stop calling me.

I got the same call and msg.  Figured it to be a scam of some sort.   "Regulations prevent me from giving more detail..." .. my a** it does.Never called them back./  I am on the Do Not Call list.

I ve got the same call. "This is Mike Marshall blah blah.this  is so annoying I got this call everyday.

I s****ed getting this call also.  I immediately called them and told them to remove my number immediately.  people should know that any call after this notification is considered harrassment and should seriously consider legal action.  The threat alone to the company really does stop them from calling.  Make sure to:  1. Verify the number they are calling.  2. Tell them the person they are calling does not have your number or cant be reached at that number. 3. And most importantly, advise them "DO NOT CALL A***N OR ITS HARRASSMENT."

Yes, I'm having the same problems, recieving 2-3 recordings a day from "Mike Marshall."  Everytime I talk to a person, they ask for a different person (none who live in my househould) and each time they claim to remove my name from the system.  I just called about 15-minutes ago, and at least I got a guy who was not rude (others have been quite rude).  The name this person gave me was Eric Cabardo.

I get several calls a day from this number and get the same recording, "This is Mike Marshall.  We have made repeated attempts to contact you...."  Same as above.  When I blocked my number and called them they wanted my phone number a***n....NO WAY!!  When I told him I wouldn't give him my phone number until he identified himself, he ***g up.  "HE" in this case was "ERIC".  Maybe we should all call THEM several times a day to leave a message!

I get call from 866-356-7012 "Mike Marshall" EVERYDAY!!!!!!

This phone number is a financial ins***ution known as MRS.  In short this is a creditor.  A very rude creditor.

i got a call from marshll saying that he called this number repeatedly saying he needed an adult to call him back.  it sounded fishy considering i've only had this phone number for 4 days.  I called the number back and the recording that answered didn't say what company i called and when i got a person they put me on hold and i ***g up.
