Credit One Collection. They DO NOT listen when you tell them you will make the payment when you get paid or online. They argue non stop and have even taken the money out of my account one time without authorization. My opinion is to just not answer until you can make the payment...

credit one collection department. I had to tell him 5 times I would not make the payment over the phone but would make it online on their website. ended up just ****ing up on him because he wouldn't let it go.

Calls every Sa****ay at the same time. When I answer & say*****o, it's total silence....16 seconds later the call is disconnected. Very annoying.

Please everyone file a complaint at the FTC website where the "do not call" list is maintained.  If we all file complaints there,,,we can stop this.

Call your phone comany. Open a complaint with them and ask them how to log the calls.  Then follow there instructions and log the calls.  After that follow the phone companies instructions for filing a criminal complaint with the police.  In MA you can sue them, yes for real, if they call you at home more than twice in 7 days for up to $1500.00.  Even if you owe them money.
