Calls constantly. Will NEVER send you anything in writing. They are not legitimate! Do not speak to them or give them any information.
MR. McDonald from PRG called my work and left a message about legally going after me and did not tell me why. He left a file number too. He said he was from a pre law office. i can hear him in the message sounds like he is reading from a script and even pauses like he's having trouble reading the script.
calls constantly, contacts me frequently at work, very rude, threatening comments even after I explained my situation (huge pay cut) and told them that I fully intend to pay my debts when I am able.
Ms. Ward left a message on a phone of previous employer stating it was urgent that I call back. She left a claim number & stated if I did not call back they will be contacting my employer about this debt in hopes to ganish wages. WTH!! Who are these people.
Left message on home voicemail Ashley with PRG in the Judgement and Claims department that someone had alleged check fraud attached to my name and social security number and to call back at 866-364-6516 and left a case number.
Melissa called from 866-364-6516 breaking federal disclosure laws asking if I had legal representation. Message was left on parents voice mail.
Mr. Keith from this number called & left message, says he's with PRG and claims that he has a judgement a***nst me and has faxed paperwork to my employer and I need to call him within 24 hours to resolve the matter-what matter? I have idea, so****ing else i received nothing in the mail from this company or the court system about a judgment and my employer knows nothing about a fax. I won't be giving them any info if they actually catch me on the phone.
This person has been calling ex-inlaws from the 1980's asking for me. After resear****g similar complaints on the internet, it appears that they target people with past credit problems claiming to be "detectives" claiming charges of "fraud" a***nst you. I saw a local report about this company trying to frighten people into paying them.
person named Lisa stating there was a coplaint a***nst me. gave a file # and ext to call by end of business day. this is very threatening....
