Leave a CommentThey called stating I owe a bill from a local hospital that I never been to. And they will take me to court.
Stated they were trying to collect money on a repossession from many years ago and Chase was trying to collect. Stated I was about to be served papers out of my local county. They had all my personal information which is such an uncomfortable feeling when you know what the claim is on is not true. They people need to be tracked and put in jail!

Voicemail said they were a process server and to call 866-371-0389 as the papers would be served and had to be there to receive. Caller ID # was not this number but a local # I tried to call back, wouldn't ring. Called 866-371-0839 and she said she was with the Law office of Davis Los Angeles, CA asked for a file number and I ***g up.
Calling regarding a case number, when I searched on the docket it doesn't match the case of the person that they called for.

You owe money. Had all my information and made me very uncomfortable. It was not my debt they called about.

They called my brother. I called them back with a reference number for a case for unpaid medical bills. They had my SSN on file and said they had a phone number that wasn’t a good call back number and then I ***g up because I wasn’t comfortable with the call after this.
