You can register your cell phone or LAN line with the do not call list by calling 1-888-382-1222 or by website at www.donotcall.gov and of they don't stop within 31 days you can call in and report it and they can get fined up to 16,000 dollars. Just go on to website www.donotcall.gov and file a complaint

No answer when I answer their incoming call. When I call the number back it states that it's Capital One Visa and to input 16 digit credit card number. I put in a ***** number. Then it prompts me to put in my social security number, a***n I put in a ***** number. Then it request me to hold while my call is being processed. The line goes silent, then the phone goes dead.
