Leave a Comment******, NCO has offices in just about every state. With the aid of my lawyers office and 2 'cease and desist' letters, their calls have finally stopped about a month after they got my letters. Make sure you send your letter(s) to their corporate office address and be sure to mention that your letter(s)applies to all their offices under all their names (NCO Financial Systems, NCO Financial Services, etc) and their partner offices. I didn't include my # when I wrote but you should consider it. Do your research and write a effective letter and not just 'stop calling me'. Use the FDCPA. If this debt is just a small portion of what you owe, consider Bankruptcy and retain a lawyer NOW. One your retain one, you will still get calls but legally you don't have to pay a penny to any of your debts (phone, electric, etc NOT included.
this co calls every hour on the hour if i did not have a payment before this co recieved my info from a credit card co what makes them think i have it now i know i have this bill but i have explained to them that when i am able to pay it i will so i dont even answer the phone anymore
