I think it may be a telemarketer they say i could win a cruise then ask for a payment of 3.99 for a magazine...

I get very annoyed when I answer and there is nothing but empty air on the other end. You would think that people have better things to do with their lives then make empty air phone calls. May they be telemarketers to taped recorders I don't care I just want them to STOP CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!
