This is from Nuance who own Dragon s***ch software, just call the number they have an easy way to get added to their Do Not Call List it took me less than 1 minute 1-866-459-2528

No idea but they call constantly
They called me We no longer answer the phone when we don't know who is calling. We are also on the DO NOT CALL LIST but it seems to not be working anymore as we are now flooded with these kind of calls every day. One of our phones is monitored by LifeLine due to my mother's medical codition and they are using this phone too to call.us on. Some days she has to turn off the phone due to so many calls coming in. This is an extremely bad situation if she would need help while I'm at work.
