866-463-3021 has called me on numerous occasions.  I do not pick up the phone when I see this "unknown" number.  The person(s) calling have never left a message.  However, the number continues to call my cell.  How to make it stop?!

Just kept calling - no voicemail.

Yes, they are Sprint. I went to a Sprint store last night to look into getting an upgraded phone, and got multiple harassing calls tonight. Obviously the number was dropped into the list when I have it to the store rep to find out about my discount qualifications.

Yeah, It's Sprint. They told me they'd take me off of their promotion call list a few months ago after I complained that I was getting several calls from this number a week. They never called a***n until this morning, and I wrote them an angry e-mail.Putting yourself on the national do-not-call list won't help here, because it's just Sprint calling Sprint customers. You have to go to the source for this one.

this person keeps calling me and playing loud music and i **** up or i will anser and they will **** up (who is it)

I have also been receiving calls from this number and finally called the number back. It is from Sprint trying to sell an additional line of service. There is an option number '6' to hit so you don't receive any more promo calls. I'll see if this really works - the calls are very irritating.

They keep calling me, except when I answer, there is no response from the other side.  It's been happening for MONTHS now.

They calling me at any time they want and it drives me nuts. at work at home at night and day STOP CALLING ME you people

I have been harassed by phone calls from this number for at least three weeks now on an almost daily basis.  I never answer the phone and they never leave a message. I also get extremely annoying text messages from Sprint 1111 every week, usually on Sa****ays.

Just had a chat with the online rep from this #. She said she is calling me from the Phillippines and her name is Pon Deleon. Lots of scams going around. I hope this helps anyone from a scam..Even if it was sprint, why are they calling me from there?

I have been receiving the calls also.  I spoke with someone from sprint on their online chat and she said it was not from sprint.  I told her to give the number to her manager and to have her google it!  I also told her I was going to find another service if it does not stop.  Within 1/2 hour after the chat I received a land line call from sprint trying to get me to upgrade my service.  I told her not to call a***n and to remove me - she continued talking and I ***g up.  I have told them that before and it does not work.  I have issued a complaint with the do not call list, but probably won't help either.  They will just use another number.

They keep calling several times a week. My number is on Do Not Call List.

This number appeared on my caller ID about 2 minutes ago and my cell phone number is (and has always been) on the Do Not Call List. Did I answer? Of course not!

Got a call yes****ay from 866-403-3021. Broken English speaking female said she was with Sprint/Nextel and was offering a free line and a better plan. She lost me when she asked me "how many minutes do you think you use each month?" I said you would know that in my billing history and to NOT CAL ME. I was in heavy traffic at the time.Today same number called and went into voice mail. Asian female saying "call me"

I have had calls everyday this week. I never answer if a toll number. However, I just called above number, "Hello, this is Sprint", (10:40pm.) I did not listen to messagejust ***g up. They have been calling me for over a year and WILL NOT STOP! I have called back, complained, asked to be removed... Even after swit****g to AT&T they STILL CALL.  I don't think that this is a bogus call. After calling Sprint through 1-800-Sprint1 they confirmed that this was in fact sprint calling and they DO call customers with promotions. So now I just report them everytime they call... at least it makes me feel better.

This number IS NOT SPRINT.Sprint will NEVER contact their customers.This number is a FRAUDULENT operation aimed at slamming people with extra services.Do not give ANY personal info, even confirmation of you holding a Sprint account.Best thing to do is call Sprint customer service *2 and report this number to the fraud division.

It's sprint.  Just text them the letter "S".  Then the calls will stop.just a simple S...then no more harrassment.

I received a call from this number yes****ay and today.  I googled it and found out it was Sprint, as I expected, since I had received multiple calls from them about 6 months ago until I called to complain.  If you call the number back after they **** up, you will get a recording that instructs you to press 5 to purchase an additional line and to press 6 to decline.  I did this and I am hoping that this ends the calls; otherwise, I'll be back on the line with Sprint customer service, from the work landline, of course.  You would have to call them back from your cell phone for the optout to work, but the call is less than a minute long.
