It was Yahoo Marketing. I do use their platform & have received emails about the transition to Microsoft, just followup from them.
Automated message reminding me to update my yahoo search engine advertising to some new platform they are transitioning to. Not spam.

This number called me and I let it go to voice mail. It was an automated voice saying it was from a Yahoo Search Market account that needed me to upgrade to the Microsoft Ad Platform.
