I received a message from ms walkin and I called back got a guy named shawn martin he was very nice went over all my info with me down to my email address come to find out it was a pay day loan my daughter took out and well obviously its my daughter so I paid it off my daughter is currently working this off by working it off around the house I didn't think it was valid until they read my daughter email to me then I knew what happened I explained what had happened last week to them and offered to take about a thousanbd off of the bill was one of the better experiences I have had bank of America can take some lessons from them about customer service thank you mr martin for being very nice and giving me some options that didn't put me in the poor house but as fopr my daughter she is in deep doo doo until further notice they are legit and that's hard for me to say now a days

HAD ENOUGH OF THESE SCAMS TO KNOW WHO IS REAL AND WHO IS FAKE. GOT THEIR ADDRESS WILL JUST FILE THE COMPLAINT AS I HAVE NO OUTSTANDING DEBT EXCEPT A FRAUDULENT PAYDAY LOAN THAT WAS ALREADY DEALT WITH. IF I GET A NOTICE IN THE MAIL MAY THINK THEY ARE LEGIT AND OF COURSE THEY WILL GET A LETTER BACK TO PROVE IT. I CALLED BACK AND GUY TALKED OVER ME A***N AND ***G UP ON.
