Called claiming to be TWC, saying my connection was down, which it was not because I was using it at the time. Scam, seems someone is trying to ***n information.

It is Time Warner Cable. They are calling you because of a recent outrage in your area. I called their main number and told them about this incoming phone call and they said they are updating all of their lines. It is a routine call.
Also claimed to be Time Warner asking if I was having issues with any of my equipment or services.
Claimed to be Time Warner calling to check on possible "problems with my service."
Left a voicemail with a creepy message that you could not understand. Like a broken tape recorder talking on a heavy voice. Definitely sound like spam
This number calls me several times a day and either ****s up when I answer or doesn't leave a message on my answering ma****e. Please make this stop! It's very annoying!
