rec'd a call from "Mark ***e's office"... called them back and they were looking for someone else... however, the person would not stop yelling at me, so I finally just paid some dude's $4800 bill. Lucky guy...
I keep getting a call collecting a debt that I don't owe. I told them to take my name off their call list and that I have no case number. I was told by a Sherill that I could not be helped without a name. She did not ask me. She slammed the phone down. I called back and explained what happened and demanded my number to be removed. She also ***g up.
Keeps calling and leaving message for a person who isn't me. Wasting my cell phone minutes.
This is another harassment by Central Credit Service. They purchase debts that cant be collected and try to scare you by paying them. Ignore the call, note the number of times they call violating the fair debt collections act,and very soon we will have a class action suit a***nst this so called company.
This company called me four times on 4/25/08. The first call was at 3:03pm and I returned the call and spoke to David Green. The second call was 5:00 pm. This time Mr. Green informed me that he was collecting a debt for Regional Acceptance Corporation. I told Mr. Green that the debt was past the FTC requirement for reporting information and that it should have been removed in 2007. Mr. Green stated that it will not be removed and that he was placing a judgment a***nst me as we were speaking. I told Mr. Green to cease from calling me or my references. I requested that further communication be communicated in writing. Immediately (8-12 minutes) after ****ing up with Mr. Green I received a call from Tony Tucker with the same company and twenty minutes later I received another call from a man. All of which, took place after my initial request for the company to communicate with me in writing. After doing some research on the internet it turns out that the name of the company is Central Credit Services. The company is in Jacksonville Florida.
Calls on a Sunday evening. I do not answer the calls any longer.
This person calls at 6 a.m. and up to 10 p.m. PT they also call and **** up whenI answer, or they have said they are calling from a lawyer's office! They have left threatening messages saying I will be sent to court!

I have recieved no less than 5 calls in the last 72 hours for a person I don't know. You can reach them more directly at
They state that this is a very important call and they give office hours. They also give a file reference number but no reason or info for the call. They also do not ask for a specific person so we don't even know who the call is for.
Receiving calls and no one is one the line or there is a message to call back. Have no idea who this is or why they are calling my number.
This is the number to a collection agency. I asked them to remove my number from their list (I did not speak to a person). The pre-recorded message said it would take 48 hours. A month has passed and it appears to have s****ed a***n.
Keeps callling and telling me to call them back about some file number. Don't know what this about. They never have a live person call.
