Called personal cell. Claims to be a process server dispatcher. Gave a claim number and phone number to call. Then called my work number. I told him I'd call the police and that he was harassing me.
Threatened to shut down bank account if not give him 2100.00 dollars.
Claims been subpoenaed and served. Threatened husband to put a boot on truck and steal motorcycle.
Tells you to call and gives a case number. Also called my husband and ex with the same message. Call and it claims to be a law firm.
Called my work and left a message to call 866-497-0656 claiming to be a law firm. Wanted me to call early next morning.
Said there is a court summons
