Leave a CommentWhoops, sorry... I forgot to say "no" on spammer report. It's a legit company, they just have a jacked up calling system.
This number dials my cell several times a day with no one on the other end and then it ****s up on me. Infuriating. I called it back finally (I typically don't answer 800 numbers because it's usually sales pitches)and they identified themselves as Genesis credit. We do have an account with them (in my hubby's name) but the ****s wouldn't talk to me about it. They wanted me to have him call them back. Here's my gripe about it... the phone number they are calling me at is the one we list as our home phone. So, wouldn't you think their cold-call system would be smart enough to NOT **** up on the people that THEY are trying to reach? I suggested they look into their system and find out where the problem was because we answer our phone but no one is ever on the other end and then it just ****s up on us. I'm not wasting my husbands time telling him to call when they're the ones trying to reach us. Well, not rue, he's gonna call, but ****... really? Fix your phones!
