The lady pretended to work for the government and told them I owed $9000... caught them in a lie... Phillips and Cohen at their finest. Never trust these bottom feeding s***!! Reported them to the state attorney general, BBB, DNC and local state representative. Boom, ROASTED!!
Collection agency. Phillips & Cohen****ociates. They will call every hour on the hour unless you answer. Seldom leave a message. Not very friendly in the customer service department. Won't work with you at all.
