It is USAA. I haven't paid my credit card bill in nearly three months. I could pay it, I just refuse to. So, if you are getting calls from this number either you or someone****ociated with your number has not been paying their bills for whatever reason. BTW they are the nicest people you could ever deal with. If you can't pay them....answer the *****in phone, they will help you. They helped me a few years back when I was underemployed. Dropped my payments down to $60 a month and stopped interest accrual for an entire year..they also forgave the past due amount. Best people.....really. I am going to pay them I guess......lol!
I received a call from this number a***n today. I repeatedly get calls from this number but no voicemail left. How do we stop this? I have no idea who this is.
Then you mustve never been in collections. They ran those types of depts on a auto-dial system that will call the same numbers on a loop until it is confirmed as a bad number. The problem is with that is bcuz you can never get a live person on the line to tell them you got a wrong number. I work in a call center and depending on the s***d of the auto dialer, depends on how long a call will stay live for voice recognition. This is why a lot of people complain of how they don't say anything, or they **** up, etc. But yeah, those type of questions are legit.
These people have called for days looking for a family member. They never leave a message and often call numerous times during a day. When I see their number(s) I do not answer because I talked with them about a month ago and told them not to call. My housemate did the same about three weeks ago. The young woman who answered today said they were from USAA. I told her that I couldn't help her and not to call and that they had been told not to call before and that their calls were boardering on harassment. She denied that they had ever been told not to call my number. Must admit I was angry with her but she was a very unprofessional bill collector type and definitely pushed my ****ons. I have belonged to USAA for years and do not believe that they would be doing this.
Received calls at all hours. They said they were USAA and with the military. They took my number out of their datebase. Who are these people?
I 2nd the USAA probability
Claimed to be from "USAA" and was looking for an individual named Brian Williams. That is not me. Voice system did not sound like the normal USAA system.
I have received repeated calls from this number on my cell phone. I believe it is FIA Card Services. After the most recent call today, they sent me a text message saying it is important that they talk to me about my account. I have a lot of things I would like to say back, but I am choosing to ignore it.
