Yes this is indeed Sallie Mae. I understand that we all have different situations such as it not even being your loans and loss of jobs but those of us that do actually owe them money should be a little more conscious before slamming them. Yes they are calling at all hours of the day non stop but if you owe them money you owe them money. They obviously should stop calling the folks not responsible for the loans they are calling about but for the people who are behind in their loan payments it might be a good idea to either pay up or talk to these folks about it. Like I said, we all have situations that don't give us the means to pay that easily, good luck people.

Definitely Sallie Mae, they sometimes call me just 2 minutes apart. Like I'll answer it the second time and listen to an important message about my account, or to stay on the line for the next availiable representative. Not possible when you drive a big truck. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Actually asked me to hit my parents, grandparents, siblings, and even friends up for money to pay for my student loans. That was thier way for me to catch up on my loans. Even after we came up with a suitable plan to catch up, they still call non-stop. By the way, they can take your tax return, but not your wages. They call daily.  My loans were paid off years ago.  Someone has to stop this!

SLM Corp. is the king of harassment. They call me from this number and several others throughout the day. Sure they have the right to call and attempt to collect a debt however what they do is continue to call SEVERAL times a day even after speaking with an agent of SLM Corporation and explaining in detail the situation. You can call them and explain and verify your contact information and as soon as you **** up, the calls s**** a***n! Calls with millions different phone numbers. It's Sallie  Mae ***gry for money. WHAT A **** NERVE OF THEM! They sold my number to a bankruptcy site.

What, do these people have about 500,000 different numbers they call from? And seriously, how IS it going to help to call me 173 times a day???

Definitely becoming harrassment now.  Not even my loan, I cosigned for my loser daughter-in-law because her loser parents refused to co-sign.

They've been calling my fax line for a month.  After 19 pages of fax activity logs with 75 calls per page showing mostly no fax received, I finally had to get Caller ID to find out who was wasting my paper and ink.  Turns out some loser gave them my number as his own.If you want to pay them back, update the phone number on your account with the fax number to a local attorney!  They're not smart enough to send a fax when they receive that horrid fax tone.  They'll just keep calling thousands of times and never even get a clue that a person isn't going to answer.

I believed that you have to pay them back, they have the rights to sue and bring you to court.  Also, Sallie Mae is a government sponsored company, so, I do believe that they do have the access to your information.  When you work and you pay tax, I believed that they will possibly take some money from your salary.

It's Sallie Lame....Like calling me 10-15x day will c****e my financial situation and I'll pay them instead of the rent.
