Left a message and wanted me to call them back. Did not say why. If they want a response then text me, email me or send me more snail mail.

never answer the phone if you do not know the number
Humana called to ask questions about my last doctors visit to make sure I was satisfied with their service, or if I had any questions for them. Actually I'm glad they're doing their job. They have been very helpful all along. Well worth the minor inconvenience and all the mail. Try to remember - they're on your side.
