They call but refuse to leave a message. They call at all hours of the day or night. it is very annoying.
just got the call. waiting for the Spanish voicemail :)
this number is calling me too many times...i ****ed off
Got Call Nom answer Don't want it
Lol, that same # keeps contacting my friend, so I told him to give me the # that was bugging him and I googled it, it turns out that it's that # and another one too... GO FIGURE!
I got the same survey message from Sprint. This was following the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. The customer retention rep would listen, kept interrupting, and kept telling me how he has a degree in business and knows what is best for me. He obviously didn't pay too much attention in school because he broke some of the basic business rules that a high school freshman in business cl***** would never break. I switched immediately after I ***g and have had outstanding service from Verizon with reps who listen and offer helpful hints to save money on products and services. No wonder Sprint / Nextel has the worst customer service rating of any company ever.
I got a call tonight from that number, but I was busy on my land line and couldn't talk to them. But when they call a***n, are they every going to get an earful about the $9.99 charge THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE that suddenly appeared on my cell bill for a Nevis Mobile Alerts subscription. I called Sprint about it yes****ay when I got my bill asking *** it is. The person said it was a promotion that originated from Sprint, itself! An unathorized charge from the devil itself enrolling me into so****ing that I DID NOT enrols in. How in the world can they get away with that ****?
I got a call today an it was following up on my call to sprint customer service (which in my opinion, has always been good...I've never had any major problems and when I've had minor ones, they were corrected pretty quickly). It was an automated survey and did not count a***nst my minutes. I agree though that they should have "Sprint" or so****ing show up because I normally don't answer if I don't know who it is.
I have received a call twice but didn't recognize the number and no caller ID so I didn't answer. Since I get charged minutes for incoming calls that aren't on my Sprint PCS plan, I don't take calls I don't recognize, I wait for a voice message then I can pick up the next time if it seems to be a legitimate call. Maybe the call should show caller ID?
I got a call yes****ay with no message. Must have not been too important... can you say "Delete"??? Matt... just because that is your opinion of Sprint doesn't make it right for everyone else. If JJ likes & has no problems with Sprint, so be it. You have problems with Sprint... so go somewhere else. I have a feeling with your at***ude, ***ody is going to make you happy and spare all of us with your comments & don't reply to this. Thanks
Yea, they called me and didn't leave a message either. If it is sprint, I figure it would be more professional to leave a message. Maybe they have some policy a***nst it, though. Go figure.
Called once and didn't leave message
Well I think Sprint is a really good company. They are c****ing up their game and really improving their service along with some great new phones! I have the new HTC Touch and WOW its amazing, its definitely in comparison with the IPhone. So dont hate Sprint, they are my favorite phone service! SPRINT RULES! = ]]
Repeated calling with no vouce mail message left. I asked sprint ([email protected]) to stop the nonsense calling and got the following message:Thank you for contacting Sprint Nextel. We have processed your Do Not Contact request. Once your name is added to a Sprint Do Not Contact list, communications using that contact ****od should stop. If your name is already included in an existing marketing campaign when a request was made to be added to the Do Not Contact list, there is a possibility that you may be contacted during the time it takes to process the request not to be contacted by Sprint. Please allow 30 days for all Sprint campaigns to be updated with your privacy preference. My next call? The FCCWe apologize for any inconvenience.Thank you for contacting the Office of Privacy.Sprint Nextel
A friend of mine gets the same calls and in spoanish and he doesn't have Sprint
Whom ever it is called twice today on my cell number. The second time a voice mail in spanish was left.
This number has been calling me two or three times a day, every few days, for weeks. I thought it was a collection agency! Now that I know it's Sprint, I definitely won't answer. Has there ever been a company with worse customer service? (Maybe Time Warner Cable...)
Sprint has a bad habit of c****ing your plan without notifying you. This is why you have to stay on top of your game by viewing your bill every month. Let's not talk about them charging you for this, charging you for that.
I called it - it is Sprint customer care, asking for feedback.
This number has called my home phone # and cell #, and with leaving no message. It's really annoying.
